cancel 3Balance Day Spa requires a major credit card in order to reserve your appointment time.  We accept: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Cancellation Policy

ALL cancellations MUST be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in your credit card being charged 100% of the service fee. The service fee will be made available to you in the form of a spa credit which will expire 3 months from the date of issue. Less than 24-hours cancellation notice on a re-scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the spa credit.

YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF YOUR CANCELLATION IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.  Failure to show-up for your appointment, without notification, will result in a charge; you will NOT be issued a spa credit.


  • All clients are limited to a ONE-TIME use of our spa credit benefit, after that you will simply be charged 100% of the service fee…we will NO LONGER issue a spa credit to you!
  • *Late arrivals will be treated as late cancellations if we are unable to provide your service in the remaining time available in your scheduled appointment.
  • ***If you are using a GIFT CERTIFICATE as payment: failure to provide us with 24 hours advanced cancellation notice will result in the FORFEITURE of your gift certificate.
