What You Need to Know
Cancellation
Policy:
Balance Day Spa requires a major credit card in order to reserve your appointment time. We accept: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Due to the COVID-19 Crisis, we ask that you cancel your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms, or have been in close contact with anyone who is experiencing symptoms; late cancellations for this reason ONLY, will not be penalized at this time.
IN ALL OTHER CASES…
ALL cancellations MUST be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
ALL cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of your service fee, to your credit card on file.
If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in advance, and simply do not show up for your scheduled appointment (NO SHOW), you will be charged 100% of your service fee, to your credit card on file.
Should your credit card on file be declined, we will be unable to reschedule you until it has been updated and successfully charged.
Late arrivals will be treated as late cancellations, if we are unable to provide your service in the remaining time available in your scheduled appointment.
If you are using a GIFT CERTIFICATE as payment: failure to provide us with 24 hours advanced cancellation notice will result in the FORFEITURE of your gift certificate.
MASKS ARE STILL REQUIRED TO ENTER THIS BUSINESS!
Return Policies:
Products:
All sales are FINAL. Unopened products, in original packaging, may be exchanged within 60 days of purchase; original receipt is required. If the cost of the replacement product is less than the cost of the original product, the balance will be issued in the form of a spa credit.
Gift Certificates:
All sales are FINAL. Please take note of our Cancellation Policy regarding Gift Certificates, as we adhere to it strictly.
Returned Checks:
Please note that a $50.00 fee will be charged to the credit card on file for ALL checks returned for insufficient funds.
